I have practical experience running my own business but felt I needed more academic experience to broaden my understanding. I felt that the MBA would be an ideal way to achieve this.

I completed the Goldman Sachs 10ksb Programme at Aston Business School and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I really felt that I learnt a great deal from the staff and felt very supported. I therefore felt Aston would be the ideal place to do my MBA.

The flexibility of being able to choose when to attend webinars as well as listen to lecturers in my own time.

I surprisingly enjoyed the accounting module, primarily because I have always had an issue with accounting yet found it much easier than I thought I would. I also felt engaged with the ethics module. It made me stop and think about how I live my life in relation to the world. I have become slightly obsessed with recycling.

I am currently writing a business plan, and I am specifically incorporating several things I learnt within the marketing module.

It is helping to provide me with a deeper understanding and confidence in many areas of business.
